All Nova Biolabs products are research-grade, and we independently HPLC test batches through Janoshik Analytical — a third-party lab with no commercial relationship to us — with results regularly coming back above 99% purity. You can check a specific batch's result yourself at Lab Results.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Orders placed before 9am, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9am, or on a Sunday, go out the next working day.

Vials are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — a fully tracked service, with online tracking updates from collection through to delivery. "24" refers to Royal Mail's target of next-working-day delivery, not a guarantee: the vast majority of parcels do arrive the next working day, but Tracked 24 is an aim rather than a contractual promise, and Royal Mail doesn't offer compensation for a parcel that simply arrives a day later than expected. Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays, so anything dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday, or the day before a bank holiday will typically land on the next available working day rather than a literal 24 hours later.

If your research timeline needs a delivery date guaranteed in advance, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order — depending on our dispatch workload that day, we may be able to offer a guaranteed next-working-day delivery upgrade for an additional £10. This has to be confirmed with us before you order, as it isn't something we can add once a parcel has already gone out on standard Tracked 24.

Pens and tablets ship via a separate courier on Standard delivery (free, 3–5 working days, no tracking).

Yes. All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to Nova Biolabs, the product contents, or any related terminology on the outside of the parcel.

Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is offered, it will be issued via cryptocurrency.
